Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

We currently ship to select international countries.
Shipping charges and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Customs & Duties:

🧾 4. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Viva Vista is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, or incorrect address
- Orders marked as “delivered” but not received (investigations will be initiated with the courier)

🚫 5. Undeliverable Packages / Return to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be charged for reshipping.
Orders returned without prior notice may not be eligible for free re-delivery.
